Section 26
Other facilities and concessions for small enterprises
(1) Regardless of what is written in the existing law, no fee or fee shall be charged for registering a small enterprise under this Act.
(2) Small and medium enterprises that are registered and operating at the time of commencement of this Act and will be registered and operating in accordance with this Act shall have 100% income tax exemption.
